Ava Display

Every screen in the building, intelligent.

Wireless casting students cannot hijack, signs that think, and instant emergency broadcast to every screen. It replaces three systems and runs on its own, changing nothing about how your teachers teach.

Ava Display

What Ava Replaces

Schools run separate systems for casting, signage, and alerts. Ava is one.

Replaces Airtame, Ditto, and more

Wireless Screen Casting

Teacher opens Ava, taps Cast. Ava knows which room from their schedule. No room codes, no setup. To let a student share their work, the teacher hands out a one-time PIN; the student casts, nothing about the student is stored, and the teacher stays in control.

Replaces static signage software

Intelligent Digital Signage

Every screen shows different content based on location, time, and audience. The science hallway shows science. The cafeteria shows today's menu. 8am shows the schedule. No one manually updates 350 screens.

Replaces PA + alert systems

Emergency Broadcast

Override every display instantly. Lockdown, evacuation, severe weather. Scoped to room, building, or district. Always highest priority.

Ava Display

Every Screen is Intelligent

Ava curates what each display shows based on where it is, what time it is, and who walks by.

🏢 Main Lobby

Welcome message, today's events, visitor info, student news highlights. Changes throughout the day.

🚶 Hallways

Rotating student work, upcoming events, club announcements. Different per wing and grade level.

🍔 Cafeteria

Today's menu, schedule, student achievements, live morning news rebroadcast during lunch.

🏈 Gymnasium

Game schedules, team rosters, scores, PE announcements. Scoreboard mode during events.

📚 Library

Reading challenges, new arrivals, quiet study reminders, study group availability.

💻 Front Office

Visitor welcome, staff notices, room and event status, daily admin briefing.

Ava Display

Built for School Networks

Security isn't a feature. It's the architecture.

No Open Discovery

No Miracast, no AirPlay, no Chromecast discovery on the network. Students cannot see or connect to displays. All casting goes through Ava's authenticated backend.

Closed Until Authenticated

The casting port on every display device is closed by default. It only opens when Ava's backend explicitly authorizes a session for an authenticated teacher.

Role-Based Access

Students cannot cast without teacher approval. Teachers cast to their assigned room. Administrators can broadcast to any scope. Emergency overrides everything.

Works on Any Network

Designed for heavily firewalled school networks. Casting stays on the local network. Only management and signage sync use the internet connection.

Case Study · May 2026 Canvas LMS Breach

The breach we structurally cannot have.

It wasn't one breach. It was a chain of four exploiting different layers of the same architecture, ending with Canvas going dark during US college finals week. 275 million records across 9,000 schools. Egosi OS structurally cannot have this breach class. Read the four shapes that make each vector unavailable.

Built for Everyone in the Building

Teachers and administrators each get tools designed for how they actually work.

Cast

One tap screen mirroring. Ava knows your room from your schedule. Walk in, tap Cast, teach. Extended desktop and split-screen supported.

Student Spotlight

Put a student's work on the screen. The teacher issues a one-time PIN, the student shares, nothing about the student is stored. Up to 4 screens split-view for compare and contrast.

Timer

Countdown or stopwatch visible on the classroom display. "5 minutes left." Visible from anywhere in the room.

📚 Lesson Canvas

Ava presents slides and content on the TV while you circulate the room. Control from your phone. Annotate, highlight, zoom.

Emergency Broadcast

Override ALL displays instantly. Lockdown, evacuation, weather. Scoped: one room, one building, all buildings. Always highest priority, always works.

📺 Morning Announcements

Schedule and distribute the morning announcements and student news broadcast to the building. Target by grade, building, or all.

💻 Signage Manager

Control what every TV shows when not in use. Per-room, per-time, per-grade. Hallway TVs show different content than classrooms. Ava-curated or manual override.

📈 School Pulse

Live dashboard on admin displays. Schedule changes, facility status, display health. Office TVs show what matters to the front desk.

📅 Event Display

Assemblies, games, open house - push event info to relevant displays. Lobby TV shows visitor welcome. Gym shows game schedule. Automated.

👤 Substitute Manager

Substitute walks in, opens Ava, sees the lesson plan, casts to TV. No hunting for notes. The room is ready before they are.

🔒 Device Manager

See every Ava display, its status, what it's showing. CEC power management - turn TVs on/off by schedule or on-demand. Bulk provisioning.

Ava Display

Student Morning News, on Every Screen

Students already produce video news. Ava puts it on every screen in the building.

The Broadcast Flow

1 Students write and produce in the studio
2 Ava provides teleprompter, graphics, lower thirds
3 Live broadcast to every display in the building
4 Rebroadcast during lunch and kept on the school's screens

The broadcast on every screen

Today, student-produced morning news plays on a few classroom TVs and then it is gone. With Ava, every episode reaches every display in the building, live and on rebroadcast.

The whole building sees the same morning, together: classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria, the front office. One broadcast, every screen.

Ava vs. Traditional Tools

One platform replaces the stack.
