One product is launched and on sale. This page says exactly what it is, who invoices you for which part, and what is not for sale yet.
Every screen in a building working as one system. Digital signage that is never blank, staff casting that nobody can hijack, scheduled announcements, and an emergency broadcast that takes over every screen at once. One licence covers all of it, and the fleet is managed by us.
$50
Once, per screen. Invoiced by Hawk Communications LLC. You own it outright and there is nothing to send back at the end of a term.
$40
Per screen per year. Invoiced by Egosi OS LLC. Counted per adapter you hold rather than per adapter powered on, so spares and summer shutdowns cost you nothing.
$800
Per building per year, optional. Keeps content and casting inside the building when data must stay on site or the internet is thin, and fails over rather than failing.
Hardware maintenance is optional and comes from Hawk, who supply and warrant the hardware. The first year is covered by the Hawk warranty; after that, continued cover and replacement is $15 per device per year. You can also decline it and simply buy another adapter if one ever fails, because you own them outright. Neither maintenance nor the Edge is required, and declining either costs you no capability. These are current list prices and can change.
The adapter is bought, not lent. No end-of-term return, no invoice for a unit that went missing, and no device that stops working because a contract lapsed. If a licence is not renewed the service ends and the hardware stays yours.
Schools are funded one year at a time and cannot sign a three-year commitment on a budget they have not been given. So the term is a year, and the price after year one is the licence alone.
Signage, casting, scheduled announcements and emergency broadcast are the product, not a premium safety tier sold separately once you are committed.
Ava Classroom is in pilot with one teacher and his classes. It is not on sale, it is not approved for general district use, and it will carry its own student-data documentation before it ever is. The wider Ava is being rebuilt and is not open. If a sales conversation ever implies otherwise, it is wrong, and this page is the record.
